List is of English, Welsh and Aries ancestry. Her interest in performing arts began early and so was her professional modelling career as a young model. List started out her acting career in 2002. The modeling profession began in 2009. The soap in which she appeared was As the World Turns (2002) in the role of Bess as Bess in All My Children (2004) and also played the young Jane Nichols in 27 Dresses (2008).
