Arike Ogunbowale

Arike Ogunbowale, an American basketball professional for the Dallas Wings in the Women's National Basketball Association. The team was selected with the 5th selection overall in the 2019 WNBA Draft by the Dallas Wings. Arike Ogunbowale's father and mother Yolanda Ogunbowale and Gregory Ogunbowale were born March 2 1997 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Her brothers are Mario (26 years young) and Dare Ogunbowale (20 years old). The parents of her were the ones who spoilt her most due to her being the most young. Gregory was her father. The high schooler has made 7 appearances in the league and had 1,477 rebounds and 1,477 rebounds during her professional career. Ogunbowale was a participant during 2013 the 2013 FIBA Americas U16 Championship 2014 FIBA U17 World Championship and 2013 FIBA 3x3 U18 Championship and was awarded Gold medals at both. In July 2014 she was chosen to be a member of the USA Youth Olympic Women's Basketball Team. Ogunbowale was also named as a member of the ACC All-Freshman Team after her first collegiate season.
