Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira was born on the 26th of May 1978 in Campinas Sao Paulo, Brazil. She was as a character in Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009) and A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira was appointed to The Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime by March 2020. She oversees the Assassination Witness as well as an GI-TOC member on the Multilateral Engagement Team. The GI-TOC's research activities concentrates on the assassination of people, disappearances and other forms of violence in the context of illicit economies. In addition to criminal organized, her work is focused on the consequences of human rights and the international human rights law. Ana Paula earned an LL.M. with distinction in International Law at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies of Geneva. She holds earned an LL.M. degree with a concentration in Public Law as well an MBA from Fundacao Getulio Vargas, Rio de Janeiro. Ana Paula is a graduate of her school at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro with an MAGNACUM LOVE degree in Legal Science and Social Sciences. She is a qualified lawyer who worked at the law firm that focused on public law litigation for over four years. Her past experiences also included helping in roles with non-governmental organisations headquartered at Rio de Janeiro and Geneva.
